Rocks, you can have the day off !

Then as He was now drawing near the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works they had seen saying: "Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord!" "Peace in heaven and glory in the hightest!" And some of the Pharisees called to Him from the crowd, "Teacher, rebuke Your disciples." But He answered and said to them, "I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out." Luke 19:37-40

This last weekend 7 of God's generals came to Grand Marais to seek God, pray, and encourage some of His people. We were truly blessed. I had the pleasure of being their local escort! We covered much territory in spirit and by car......while we were praying and worshipping, one of the ladies said, "Rocks, you can have the day off!" (see verse in bold above). That grabbed at my heart. I have not had the idea before, (if we praise Him, the rocks won't have to). How many times do we drive along the shore and see the water coming down the rocks along the highway and not think of this as creation worshipping Jesus Christ because His people are not?

His Spirit is calling us to worship Him.........let's do it so the rocks can have the day off!

In His Time

In His time............
The Lord is so good and amazing.........I just love Him so...........
What has the Lord been asking you to do? What has He laid on your heart?
Sometimes it is for now, sometimes we just need to take a step forward and pray and wait....
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
To everything there is a season, a time under heaven:
a time to be born, and a time to die;
a time to plant, and a time to pluck what is planted;
a time to kill, and a time to heal;
a time to break down, and a time to build up;
a time to weep, and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and a time to dance
a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones;
a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
a time to gain, and a time to lose;
a time to keep, and a time to throw away;
a time to tear, and a time to sew;
a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
a time to love, and a time to hate;
a time of war, and a time of peace

About 6 years ago, I was with a friend at a lake...........I went down and layed on the dock, opened my Bible and asked the Lord to show me a place where I could trust Him.
The wind came and started blowing the pages, it stopped and I looked down and my Bible was opened to the above verses. "Everything has a time"
Put my trust in God? Yes, I do...........it's been in His time..........
I try to say, "Yes, Lord" wait on Him and do what He is telling me for this time in my life.

I've experienced many of the above verses...as I am sure you have...
all I can tell you is "Trust in the Lord",,,,,,,,,He has made everything beautiful in its time...including you and me.

Be encouraged, He is faithful to complete what He has started...........a good work in you!

Up and running..........

Hello all...............after a year of prayer and perserverance, we have finally actually prayed for people.

We feel such joy and the presence of the Holy Spirit while we are seeing Him heal His people.

People have been calling in, emailing and coming into the office for prayer.

Their prayers are being answered!!!!!!! Thank you Jesus!

It is so awesome to be used by God and for us to come together in unity from different churches in the area............setting any differences aside and seeking God and His kingdom.

Be blessed all you who are weary and heavy laden........come to Jesus and you WILL find rest!
